Recording Permission
You understand and acknowledge that Vanessa Leaver E-Hub® and/or its representatives may record any aspect of an Event (Recordings). Those Recordings may be in the form of audio, video or still photography, and those Recordings may be used in the production of marketing or other materials to be used by Vanessa Leaver E-Hub®
You hereby waive any and all legal rights you may have against Vanessa Leaver E-Hub® in respect of Recordings of your participation in the event and grant to Vanessa Leaver E-Hub® the absolute right and permission to copyright and use, reuse and publish the Recordings where you may be depicted or included, in whole or in part, or composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or alterations from time to time, or reproductions thereof in colour or otherwise, made through any medium and in any and all media now or later known, for art, advertising, trade or any other legal purpose. You also consent to the use of any printed matter in conjunction with that use.
You acknowledge and understand that:
You waive any right that you may have to inspect or approve the finished product or products of the Recordings or any printed matter that may be used in connection with the Recordings or the use to which it may be applied.
you are not permitted to make any of your own Recordings at any Event, webinar or other in-person forum.
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price paid for the Event in the unlikely event that Vanessa Leaver E-Hub® cancels. Any optional expenses including but not limited to flights and accommodation are no covered by this agreement and exempt from any refund.
Terms of Sales and Goods of Service

The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered. These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it.
All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide.
You agree to purchase goods and services from our Site at your own risk.
Payments
When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

You agree to ensure sufficient funds are available in your nominated account to meet any account withdrawals made by us on their scheduled due dates.
If payment is defaulted or not received, you authorise us to debit any outstanding funds from your nominated account without need for notification at a future date
Invoices for any Vanessa Leaver E-Hub® programs are automatically generated through Online Payments – additional receipts can be requested at any time by emailing hello@vanessaleaver.com
If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
The cost, cancellation and refund, if any, details of our products and services can be requested at hello@vanessaleaver.com
Subscriptions
Your subscription does not automatically renew. You will be notified before your next payment is due and must authorise that payment in order for your subscription to continue.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party website or service linked to on our Site. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third party websites before using these sites.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.

All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
